Sigma Mu Alpha was founded in September of 1999 by Stephane J. Meunier and a select group of hardcore Mechanical Engineering freshmen students in order to uphold the greatness related to Mechanical Engineering.
As of now there only exists the Alpha section, the Beta section at Concordia collapsed as the co-founders are no-longer in Mechanical Engineering and the Gamma section is on its way at the University of Toronto if all goes as planned.
If you would like to start your own Sigma Mu section, you must inform the Executive for proper information, forms and legal procedures.
